Bespoke Oak Front Door & Ironmongery

When I approached Howard in his workshop with a somewhat vague idea for an oak front door I had no measurements no examples or even thoughts about locks, hinges or handles.

Every day now my husband and I smile when we walk past the door or use it, it has transformed the appearance of the entrance to the house with a welcoming look that is both smart and contemporary but also substantial and solid, Howard also put us in touch with an artisan blacksmith to make lovely tempered handles and locks. Howard kept us informed through the various stages of the sketches, obtaining the wood, seasoning, cutting and building the door and surround down to the finish of the natural oak.
